COMPOSITION & CHARACTERISTICS
NVLOPP is multi-layered laminate composed of treated decorative paper face backed with layers of vegetal based papers.
With the addition of special barrier film, the technical and mechanical properties of NVLOPP are enhanced so NVLOPP is suitable for profile wrapping.
NVLOPP does not contain plastic.
NVLOPP is Pre-finished.
Moisture Resistant.
Finishing Lacquer contains a % of Silicone for added durability and water resistance.
WORKABILITY
NVLOPP can be applied on flat and curved surfaces.
NVLOPP is suitable for profile wrapping. In 0.2mm thickness, it can be wrapped on as tiny radius as 0.5mm.
NVLOPP is suitable for use with flat static presses, membrane presses, roller or calendar presses and with profile wrapping machines*.
NVLOPP surface does not require any special substances for cleaning, a micro-Fiber or damp cloth is enough.
